About the Author
Although born in England, Rowan Wolfe is now a U.S. citizen. She was "bitten by the writing bug" while living and working as the marketing director for a corporation in Connecticut. A former journalist with degrees in marketing and graphic design, Rowan moved to Maryland in 1998, and won the Maryland Writers" Association Annual Fiction Contest in 1999. A few months later, she began sponsoring midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy. For The Trial of Evan Gage, she collaborated with an attorney/judge. To add to the book's realism, the Judge supplied his legal knowledge and experience. Rowan says that crime writing was originally her area of expertise, but that combining a military storyline for The Trial of Evan Gage seemed so natural. Rowan is currently working on the three planned sequels for The Trial of Evan Gage. She and her Pembroke Welsh Corgis now live in Savannah, Georgia.
