This magazine is in fair to good condition because the spine is exposed and the back page is starting to separate at the bottom. There are a few tears on the page edges and has a few wear marks on the cover. Aside from that I would say it is in very good condition.

It is old, and should be considered as expected for a magazine that is 70+ years old. Issue is completely intact with all pages. Photo's shown are actual.
