Victorian Ruffled Tulip Lamp Shade White Mottled Speckled Glass 2 1/8 inch fitter
Highly detailed replacement shade for your chandelier, ceiling fan or lamp
In the Victorian Style, this ruffled shade, sometimes called a tulip shade, has a satin finish over mottled glass. In the cinched section, above the ruffles, the glass resembles braids running vertically, topped off with a bulbous section that is ridged. This type is also called speckled or splattered because of the color that is added for effect to the glass when it is hand blown. Every shade is just a little different, no two identical. Rolled fitter edge for screws to grasp for secure hanging.
Bottom edge measures 2 1/8 inch across (outside measurement), and will fit inside a 2 1/4 inch flange. Flared top edge measures 6.75 inches across and stands 5.75 inches tall. Will add beauty to your ceiling fan or chandelier.
Please measure your socket very carefully prior to ordering. Even 1/8 inch difference in diameter can cause the glass to not fit.
This is a vintage shade. They have a very small crack at the fitter edge, not broken. But it's there, so I have to mention it. This is not visible when it is attached to your lamp. At the time of listing, I have two of them.

Measuring for a replacement shade:

A. height of the shade.
B. width of the shade's top rim
C. width of the shade's widest point
D. width of the shade's fitter measurement across the bottom, which would fit inside of the holders base.
E. height of the fitter. Some are short necked, some are taller. This would be the measurement from the very bottom up to the beginning of the bulged section.
