Fenton Glass Lamp Shade Quilted Clear 1 5.8 fitter x 5 3.8 x 3.75
Beautiful vintage glass shade for table lamp or chandelier where the shades would sit in an upright position. This shade is detailed in a quilted bead design with a scalloped rim, in clear heavy weight glass. It is 5 3/8 inches high. The bottom fitter edge, measures 1 5/8 inches across and fitter is 3/4 of an inch in height. Shade measures 4.5 inches at it's widest point and 3.75 inches across the top rim.
In excellent condition with no noticeable flaws, except that these were originally amber tinted. All of the amber color has been removed but there are a few traces of it in the beaded areas if you look very close. Fortunately, glass makers replaced the process of dipping glass in tint (which came off when cleaning the globes) and began to inject color into the glass itself in later years. At time of listing, I have 5 available.

Measuring for a replacement shade:
A. height of the shade.
B. width of the shade's top rim
C. width of the shade's widest point
D. width of the shade's fitter measurement across the bottom, which would fit inside of the holders base.
E. height of the fitter. Some are short necked, some are taller. This would be the measurement from the very bottom up to the beginning of the bulged section.
