Customer Service and Quality

We love what we do and what we sell, but we are realistic when we recognize that our customers may not always love their purchase to the same degree that we do.

Generally, we do accept returns on most everything except for media, like CD's, Audio Books, DVD's and such, as well as clothing and health & beauty items. We only ask that you contact us first to let us know you will be returning your purchase. All Media Products go through a 2 point inspection process and are inspected and have been listened to at time of listing, and again inspected before shipping. We ask that all returns be initiated within 7 days of receipt. If we made an error with your order, then we will cover shipping and refund your entire payment, otherwise, only the base price of the product is refundable. The customer must bear the expense of returning the item which must include Delivery tracking and insurance if the item is fragile.

Once the merchandise has been received by us and verified to be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, refunds are processed back to the consumer the same way they were paid, whether it be through Paypal or USPS Money Order.  Packaging and labels should still be in place for new items so the products can be relisted. It is very important to maintain the integrity of the item you are sending back..
